British comedies, some good recommendations:
1. Yes Minister and Yes Prime Minister
2. Blackadder (my personal favourite)
3. Father Ted (Ok, it’s more Irish than British)
4. ‘Allo ‘allo

I like the British style of satirical sitcom. The only American comedies I watched and enjoyed are Frasier and MASH.

I don’t keep an expenditure spreadsheet, but I reckon I purchase on average 5-6 albums/singles per month, which works out to around 60+ CDs per year. Some have shipping costs & others I get somebody to buy them directly so I er… no idea. Maybe a few hundred pounds? (sorry my thinking is still very British).

And I tend not to open those that I’ve already heard unless there’s some DVD extra included inside, just in case I run into financial troubles in the future & need to sell them off :3

Seriously, I don’t think I’ve touched a book in at least 3-4 years that wasn’t related to the job. Maybe this is why my general grammar is getting worse every year since I only have blogs to rely on for constant reading? D’oh!

Looks like you really need a bigger bookshelf, but more precisely, a customized bookshelf to maximize the space in the room.

Even though we all know you’ve been spending fruitlessly on CDs since god knows when, I’m still amazed/envious of your ability to stockpile so much.

I read proper books… if fashion/gossip magazines count. *shot’d*
I’m quite fond of the Georgia Rennison series (yeah, it’s teen angst/romance crapola. Sue me.) Any British comedies you could recommend me?
