Eh…That’s Nazuka Kaori?
な・・・何だ！？！
When I looked at the picture above (from the Love Megane section of the new Seigura) I did a double take – I thought it was Tanaka Rie… or Bonnie Pink… or Hirano Aya… but Nazuka Kaori?
LMAO. This is the first and maybe the last time I’d think of Kaori as ‘PHWOAR HOT!’
The Nazuka Kaori in my brain will forever be the gawky teenager who was in Subaru in .hack//SIGN or Nanapon in Shichinin no Nana. Although she seems to have voiced a lot more popular(?) characters than I recall – Hiromi in true tears, Eureka in Eureka 7, Nunnally in Code Geass.
I reckon I can fit a banana (sideways) in Kaori’s mouth xD

Love Megane does have the knack of making people look completely unlike their normal selves (shudders recalling the Minorin pics). The Inoue Marina spread from two issues ago was hot though – a killer combination of megane and legs.
Whoa, I would’ve never recognized her x_x; Though looking at the pic again, I can kinda see how from that perspective and wearing multiple glasses her nose is camouflaged (nose is one of the noticeable things about her IMHO <_<) And her expression + makeup + perspective also make her mouth look smaller XD
hawt.. yeah kinda look like Rierie (another proof that losing fat + make-up is good)
lol @ Minorin’s, it sure fooled a lot of buyers.. >_> totally agree on Marina’s set~~ <3
Weeeaaaaoooww…. Even Nana changed so much, can’t expect any less from her? Dressing and Makeup shure makes a person look at his/her best when applied correctly…!!
P.S.: A pity not all seiyuus go through these process of having a perfect makeover, like Horie Yui… oops x)
I always thought she was classy looking enough, especially in her casual pictures on her blog.
I’m actually in love with her Hiromi voice.
Also, the power of makeup is never to be underestimated. It’s a true fact.

Make-up can make or break a person. In this case, Make-up is used adequately for kaori. Just like photoshop did for Minori Chihara in that picture.

The buckteeth appear in the “before” picture but do not appear in the “after” (namely this: http://img402.imageshack.us/my.php?image=nazuka2siv1.jpg). Either she used braces to fix them or the camera’s power or power of photoshop.
For that Minorin pic, the glasses don’t seem to fit and I feel that’s the main flaw. Perhaps it is due to the colours or the costume. I don’t think that there is something inherently wrong/ impossible with Minorin pulling the megane look off.

Come to think of it, Nazuka Kaori’s voice and the roles she typically portrays doesn’t really match her outlook at all~
