I Implore Thee to Vote for Me at the Anime Blog Awards
To all my loyal readers, please do not hesitate to help inflate the ego (to substitute the lack of pen0r) of j1m0ne by voting for this blog at the Anime Blog Awards. For the elite bloggers, login and vote on the Best Seiyuu-Orientated Page. For the normal people who enjoy reading this blog for all the lame jokes and useless information, you can vote for me at the People’s Choice page.
If I win some shiny gold, I promise to stop being lazy and write actual posts instead of posting videos all the time. I also promise to write more crackpot seiyuu profiles, starting with those of Sawashiro Miyuki and Ueda Kana.
But seriously, I don’t expect to win cos I don’t bother to advertise my blog (Hashihime’s got the brand recognition) or even actively participate in any community - I’m so lazy like that. But anyway, good luck to everybody who’s nominated and start canvassing for those votes!

I went to the People’s Choice and only voted for yours, since I don’t follow any other nominated blogs. Yours is consistently insightful and entertaining. Could it be that you put so much time and effort decoding all those seiyuu radio shows, or collecting pictures of camera shy seiyuu?

You update your blog more than the other candidates and I enjoy reading a majority of your posts, even if it’s about a seiyuu I’m not failiar with. No need to doubt yourself just yet. But I agree that the competition is tough.
Going on a tangent, I admit being able to view the poll results is a bit unfair. (Someone should go change that…)

It shouldn’t come as a surprise, but I voted for your blog as well. You update more frequently than any other seiyuu blog and your posts are always witty, amusing, and full of random seiyuu trivia that I never knew I wanted to know. ^^ This blog is everything that a good seiyuu oriented blog should be. Seriously, it was a good day when I finally stumbled upon this place. I really hope you win!

I happened to stumble across your blog a few months back when I was desperately hunting for minorin pictures. Ever since, I’ve been totally hooked on your entries (content and its wonderful picture-goodness). voted - i check your blog once a day in my routine of checking random stuff. I always enjoy your posts, they vary a lot from serious good info to funny random still good to know for the heck of it info. Whether you win or not, (which is the deciding factor for you to be more productive it seems) I’ll still be here daily. Though, those profiles sound really good.

Thanks for publicizing my blog, but I’m voting for you, too (not that I’m allowed to vote for myself). I’ve learned a lot from your posts and have gotten a lot of enjoyment, too. Thanks for all of it. Anyway, I’m just happy there are three of us continuing to pump out the seiyuu info. I really feel that we have helped raise their profile among foreign animephiles, at least a bit.
