Weekly Playboy’s 50 Idol Seiyuu Perfect Directory
The current week’s issue of Shueisha’s Weekly Playboy (not to be associated with the American Playboy) had a list of 50 idol seiyuu. The magazine is targeted at young men and circulates close to 400k copies per year.

1. they apparently can’t count up to 50
2. there is no Inoue Marina on the list
3. there is no Kitamura Eri on the list
4. they called 桑島 法子 Kuwashima Noriko and 柚木 涼香 Yuzuki Suzuka

Nah, as I said the list isn’t ranked. It’s just 50 (or rather, 48) names listed in random order.
No, Aya being #1 is NOT understandable. She releases DVD, but the bigger question is: who the hell buys it? LOL okay it’s not ranked. Still no Inoue Marina.
I totally smell conspiracy here (Shueisha! Where did I heard that name before? Oh, that rigged award), because this list was not made from votes.
PS. I’d prefer to glomp Mingosu anytime than 80% of the list.

Yeah Houko was quite girly cute about 6-7 years ago. Now she just looks like an OAP with all her out-of-fashion clothes & hairstyles :3 I still love her though.

Houko was really cute when she just began, especially with her long hair. Her Realigi album had a great pic. Now she doesn’t care about her looks anymore because she’s no longer doing the idol thing.

The Japanese text mentions the two Oricon records Nana holds for highest debuting single and album by a seiyuu. And DFC stands for ‘delicious flat chest’ aka… flat. petanko. etc.

No Yuuka Nanri? No Momoko Saito? No Kimiko Koyama? I realize everyone’s got their own tastes. I really don’t have many problems with either list. The absence of Marina Inoue on the first list does disturb me. I wonder what their criteria were. If it’s mainly looks, what’s Yurishi (no chin), Kaori Shimizu (butterball), and Rina Satou (pretty girl’s best friend) doing on the list. Miyuki Sawashiro is a damn talented seiyuu, but she’s kind of hard to look at directly. I know, I’m one to talk…

Aww, no Paku Romi or Kuwatani Natsuko. They probably don’t qualify as idol seiyuus in terms of popularity but they can give those on the list a run for their money. I’d have them replace some on the list. Oh and they should have used a better picture of Kugurie instead.

As you can see, your list is total fail because
1. there is no Hocchan in there
2. there is too much chihara minori, you should delete the #1 and put hocchan instead
3. Hocchan is first because she is God
