Woooh, Kaiji Fans Are Scary - I Got A Death Curse!
Yawn. It seems some people really have too much time on their hands. So yeah, in my second-to-last anime season preview I made fun of Kaiji, just like I make fun of everything in the world, regardless of whether I actually like it/them (Kobayashi Yu, Noto Mamiko, Moyashimon) or not (Lucky Star, StrikerS, Nonaka Ai).
And what do I wake up to find? About 400 more visitors to the blog than I normally get on a good day and random comments on an entry I wrote 6 months ago and have long consigned to some other part of my memory vault.
I got some comment saying:

last month, but I ignored it cos I don’t care (plus, the person had confused me with somebody called Jesus Christ). And a few hours ago, someone somewhere must’ve linked the post and invited people to make nasty comments, but alas!! I’ve only gotten 2 responses so far:
>You have shit taste and I hope you die in a car crash the day before a relative gets married with the fiancee in your car while she’s pregnant.
Which doesn’t work, because my future fiance can’t be pregnant unless genetic improvements in the next 5-6 years mean that men can bear children. Or unless this country’s government approves same-sex marriage. Or maybe he means that my relative will get married with his pregnant fiancee in my already-crashed car?

I think I’m supposed to feel insulted but I’m glad to say, it’s brightened up an otherwise very dull Sunday for me. Come on Kaiji fans, you can come up with better insults than that!
And on that note where are all the Neuro, Ninomiya-kun, Naruto and Evangelion fans??? I hate all of those anime too so somebody flame me, I feel rather ronery at the moment.
NB: I’ve never watched Kaiji, and currently have no intention of doing so. Just like I have no plans to watch Powerdolls, Harmagedon or Private Psycho Lesson. I have however, watched The Hills Have Size, F3 and Colorful.

Looks like ret/a/rds posting on a spur of the moment thing, so lol 4chan. I wouldn’t pay too much attention to it, it’s like a muzzled dog barking at you from behind a fence.
Besides, while Kaiji is awesome, I don’t see the need to go all out flaming anyone just because they’re not watching it. True Tears, on the other hand… maybe.

I think the relative’s pregnant fiancée is meant to be in the car with you when it crashes. Really, though, people need to make their death threats clearer, perhaps by using bullet points.

While I don’t condone people making personal insults, I think you should at least try WATCHING a show before trying to tear it done. If you haven’t watched the show, you don’t get the right to an opinion in my book

Yawn. ZZZZZ. I’m not gonna drag the boring old ‘It’s my blog, so I have a right to say what I want’ line, but I would point out that I said whatever it was that I said about Kaiji BEFORE the show aired. In an anime season PREVIEW post.
Not even Jesus could’ve had an informed opinion of what the anime would’ve turned out like weeks before the first episode went on air. There, I’m done with all this boring ‘Your opinion sux!!’ rubbish…. oh wait. The next seasonal preview is due soon…. dang.
